We typically structure projects as a deposit to start and a final payment on completion — never pay in full before work begins.

Our payment policy: We require a deposit to schedule your project and lock in materials. The remaining balance is due on completion — after you've walked through the finished work and are satisfied. We never ask for full payment upfront, and every payment schedule is spelled out in your written contract before any work begins.
